Problem/Issue : 
The students did not have the opportunity to say goodbye and thank their teachers and staff who had retired as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, there were no medium for these retirees to share great stories throughout their careers and eventually their stories will be forgotten by future generations. After serving for decades, there are certainly many experiences and lessons they can share.
