Well thought out propaganda such as the "votes for women" pennies can infiltrate the mainstream in very effective ways and spread awareness about certain issues, which in turn can spark action.
Thinking creatively is also an immensely important factor in reaching solutions to global issues, that would otherwise be neglected by conventional methods.
