Like Levittown, Santa Clarita also has streets decorated with a bunch of trees and plants. With a lot more vehicles and commuters, the streets have been enhanced. It's the norm to own a car now. It has been spotted that there are more cars than people.

The changes that are noticeable would be two stories houses, more nature, and the design of the houses. Some of the elements that are still kept would like the combined dining and living space, built-in furniture, the garage, and new houses. The floor plans of these house in SCV are a lot similar to the ones in Levittown. There is a comfortable kitchen with a dining space and living space connect that is described in the "Modern Ranch House". The prices have increased since the city has been created. There would be a huge difference in the prices of the houses. In the article, "15 minutes with Levitt of Levittown", it explains about the renting and buying issue. Levitt explains that buying a house is better than renting because renting is paying the landlord a profit where the taxes are high but, you can save tax by buying a house. It has actually increased. The creation of new products is always increasing. Therefore there are more shopping centers, buyers, sellers, and companies. Today, the idea of having more and buying because a friend has it hasn't changed since then. If one looks in someone house, there are many objects that don't need to be there or items that are bought but never used. It isn't just Santa Clarita, it's basically the entire world. Unlike Levittown, in Santa Clarita, the racism and the discrimination has diminished. If Levittown was for the veterans who served in the World War 2. Santa Clarita would have been for the individuals that wanted an area away from the busy city. The lifestyle of the residents of these towns may be similar.
