Look in the book for additional practice problems.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>- Assure myself that getting problems right is great for progress and moral highs, but in time when things don't go well be motivated not discouraged.&nbsp;<br><br>-Compare answers with others student or colleagues. Find a way to keep connected in group chats about class or work.&nbsp;<br><br>- If you are struggling set aside time to study more, so you may need to cut down in other areas in life. Identify the opportunity cost in every situation. </div>]]></description>

Try to teach the information to a friend or a student to assure yourself that you understand material. </div>]]></description>

A lot time for breaks or minor distractions, but try to power through reading or studying for prolonged times.&nbsp;<br><br>- Eliminate all distraction in class or before class that would allow you to do you best. This includes freeing up time, spending less time on the phone, or working other shifts.&nbsp;<br><br>- Lastly write down what gets accomplished as the end of every day to give a running total of task need to be done. </div>]]></description>
