Question:

1.) The way I changed the shutter speed was a switch on the camera that was on the right side, which is measured in fractions of a record under a second. When switched to left, it changes the speed when you click to take a picture and captures the action movement.
2.) When the shutter speed changes, the photograph slowly starts to focus more on the main objects while the light becomes more darker. The blur is how you know the shutter speed is slow and as it slowly starts to get darker then you know the shutter speed gets faster.
3.) I would use shutter speed priority on events such as parades and a motion movement to capture a good moment or time event such as 9/11 or women's rights movement.

The photo shows how the shutter speed caught the man in motion from sitting down to the sink. The photo used a LED flashlight and the time of the photo was taken was in about a second which was used only to capture the movement.
