My Philosophy is that each student is different and unique in their own way. Therefore, as a school, we need to build and modify demonstration to fit the needs of all students. I feel there should be a team because each person can bring a different perspective and idea to the table. For instance, teachers are important components to deciding what students should learn, because they are hands on with the students and have ideas of what works and what doesn't. Therefore, I believe curriculum should be modified to fit the needs of certain students that need. I believe there should be a curriculum map of the overall content and standards all students are accountable for.
