<del>Urban regions are quickly expanding these days as a result of economic growth and rising job demand.</del> Many individuals believe that being a citizen of a major city is bad for <del>one's</del> their health for <del>a variety 3,4 </del>of reasons,<del> I firmly support this viewpoint. </del>The primary reason for my conviction is that pollution levels in major cities are increasing. To begin with, the number of private vehicles has increased dramatically, resulting in increased air pollution. The carbon footprint of thousands of automobiles and motorcycles on the road every day causes air pollution, which has a devastating impact on people's respiratory systems. Second, a variety of transportation infrastructure are a major source of noise pollution. Some cities' infrastructure has not kept up with the increase in the number of automobiles, resulting in traffic jams. Consider what happens to a person's hearing when a hundred cars all sound their horns at the same moment. <del>It will destroy your ear and render you deaf. Another reason for my belief is that living in large cities has a negative impact on people's physical health </del>as well as major mental health issues. Life in cities is too fast, and individuals no longer have time to rest or spend with their families, resulting in a modern pandemic known as rush sickness, which leads to rudeness, irritability, and even violence.

<del>To sum up, I totally agree that inhabiting in large cities is harmful to human’s health. The government should allocate more resources to improving public transport, infrastructure for better quality of life.</del>

Living in metropolitan cities has negative effects on people’s health <del>for several reasons</del> in terms of environmental pollution and work pressure. First of all, there has been a significant increase in pollution levels in major big cities in recent years. More and more industrial complexes are being built in the corner of the city that releases a huge amount of carbon dioxide and toxic gases into the atmosphere. Urban dwellers who breathe in this polluted air could suffer from different health problems such as lung cancer or other respiratory diseases. China, for example, in the number of crowded metropolises, about 7 million citizens who are under the influence of pollutant air die each year. Secondly, city life might have an adverse impact on mental health. Those who choose to live in the metropolitan could face intense pressure due to their bustling work schedules. According to BBC News, a far higher proportion of citizens suffer from depression and anxiety than those living in rural areas due to work pressure. In conclusion, I agree with living in large cities is bad for people's health and the government should implement policies quickly in an attempt to mitigate environmental pollution.

<del>I agree with the opinion that living in big cities is bad for people' health. </del>
<del>First of all, relocating to large cities brings several benefits to one’s physical wellbeing. It is noticeable that many health related facilities are located in the city nowadays. For instance, there are a lot of fitness centres built around the city. As a result, people living in cities tend to exercise more frequently mainly due to convenience and easy access to fitness centres. Moreover, it is common for city residents to arrange regular appointments with a dietitian. In fact, this is usually a benefit provided by big corporates based in large cities. A dietitian can evaluate a person’s nutrition intake and generate a diet plan specially designed for the person. Crucially, by maintaining a healthy diet one can build a strong body. As a result, living in big cities can result in the improvement of physical health of a person. </del>
In conclusion, it seems to me that it is more beneficial for our health to live in small cities although it is disadvantageous to some extent

Many people claim that living in metropolitan cities has negative impacts on inhabitants 's health, I completely agree with that viewpoint for several reasons. First of all, I believe that some physical issues would likely be the consequence of city life because people here are often faced to high levels of air pollution which caused by emissions from vehicles and factories. Secondly, not only does life in city harm for physical health but it also affect on mental health because people have to live under pressure and be fatigue with busy working schedules. To conclude, while I agree that life in city offer citizens many advantages, i believe that it also has some problems to people health
