1. Project Management : This is based on unit costs (fixed rate amount) and is calculated on the duration of your project. Groups will receive 500 EUR per month and this is limited to a 12 month project duration. This is a mandatory budget category.
2. Coaching costs : This is based on unit costs (fixed rate amount). Groups can only request funds from this budget heading if they are involving coaches in the project which is not mandatory. A maximum of 12 coaching days can be awarded in any given project. If a project will involve more than 1 coach, these 12 days will be distributed across all coaches.
3. Exceptional Costs : This is based on real costs (no limit to amount requested). Exceptional costs will  be requested in EURs and there is no limit to the amount that you can request for. Exceptional costs are to be used to aid the involvement of young people with fewer opportunities and the need for such costs depend on the specifics of your project.
