He is trying to escape the madness of war. And that process involved him doing many inhumane acts, But the whole purpose of his journey was to live, find his way back home, and find his family. This story is full of action because it is based on a child solider having to fight and run to survive from the madness of warfare. The whole "True Story" aspect really brings you on the edge of your seat, Because you start feeling for how rough this man's childhood was, And you do not know where the story is going to lead to next. It's crazy to think that Third World countries allow children to fight in war. And it's also a reminder of how good we have it here in America, To have lived normal childhoods.
