My name is Nurul Ainin Sofiya Binti Yaser, but it’s too long right to call me that? So you can just call me Ainin. I'm sevices economic students.

In addition, I’m the elder of seven siblings where there 2 boys and 5 girls. I’m from Sandakan, Sabah and I grow up there .

Things that I like to do in my pleasure are watching drama and watching video recipes (tutorial cooking) in Youtube or Facebook. I also the one who like hiking and traveling and I hope one day I can travel around the world.

A little bit about myself, I’m actually a chatty person. I will complain about a thing that I don’t like but I’m an open person who is can accept other opinion and easy to cooperate with other people. Besides, I also a shy person but when I comfortable with that person I will become another person which is a friendly and cheerful.

My expectations for this second meeting will be the same as what happened at our first meeting. Where, Miss Audrey asked a word then we also answered with a word because I think we still embarrassed and awkward to talk with Ms. Audrey. However my expectations were wrong, because we started to get along with Ms. Audrey , when we are started to ask question and there many question that we ask like tips, about Unimas , about the courses that we took and of course a little about Miss Audrey. While, asking these questions I think we feel free to ask it and not like the first meeting that we had, where we too shy and a bit awkward.

While being given this assignment, I wondered what the function of this meeting was. This is because for me, we can only contact the academic advisor through Whatsapps if we want to ask any questions. However, all my questions were answered after conducting the meeting. In fact, this meeting is very important to strengthen the relationship with the Academic Advisor because the academic advisor is a very important person in guiding us while at the University. Therefore, this meeting is very important to communicate with our Academic Advisor to further strengthen the relationship.

In addition, in this second meeting, I had the opportunity to introduce myself and ask questions. My question is if I fail one course what will happen. Ms. Audrey replied that it depends on the subject if it is a core subjects, it is possible that the study will be extended. There are also some questions that I think interesting. First the question is how to handle difficult people especially in doing group assignment. Miss Audrey advised us to try get in touch with them first or be friend with them, communicate in good way with them and then try to ask about their problem. Thus, we can help them so they can do their part in that group assignment.

Second question that I think interesting is time management. As a student we must know how to deal with our time because there many assignment and things that we need to do except from study. So, Miss gives us tips, where we must to do the first important first and then we need to make time table for our daily routine.

The last question that I think interesting is the requirement to changes course in the second semester. Normally, it will see our background education, CGPA and the reason why to want to change, “said Miss Audrey”.

In conclusion, this activity gives many advantages for us as a student especially as for a new student to getting for information about the university and courses that we take.

At first while this project have been told by our Lecturer Madam Diana, I’m just confuse how to do this project and what is the main purpose. But with guide from Madam Diana and discussion with friends, I start to understand what need to do and it purpose. 

This Project Khas are including all students in this course which is around 45 students, to make all people do their part is difficult because a leader need to make sure all members do their part. So in this project we divided into a group, in one group has a leader to make sure all the task given can be done and make sure all member cooperate with each other. This Projek Khas proposal has been approved by the PPP. This shows that we all collaborate with each other and successfully carried out and the event can be proceed. 

Through this Projek Khas many things I have learned. First, the way to communicate with group members, where with good communication group work can be implemented successfully. I can also add knowledge about dessert and entrepreneurship because this course itself is under entrepreneurship. In this Projek Khas, we have conducted a business stimulation that has given a lot of useful knowledge on how to start a business and how to calculate the cost of production.

Moreover, this task also build the soft skill of not for the leader but also all of the members and helps improve communication skills. Therefore, I think this kind of project is a actually a good task for students to gaining knowledge not only about dessert but also about entrepreneurship and can improve their skills.
