We also learned how to manage the printing when there are just a few extra rows and columns on a page.

We used the Balloon Land Flyer to review and learn a few new things. We suggest you do it again and see if you can incorporate some of the new skills, and see if you can now create the flyers with a little more comfort.

We had a discussion about folders: how to create a folder on the computer, renaming folders, and moving documents in to a folder.

We also had a short discussion about scams and being cautious clicking on links, photos or anything from unknown email or texts. Check emails to make sure the email of the person sending it is the real one.

Continue to practice any homework and view the recordings to catch up on any Word functionality you may have missed. We start Excel on Tuesday!

When not using a formula to separate text, Text to Columns requires using data, so we reviewed how Excel allows you to convert the answer to a formula to data.
