Are there separate special education schools, or is special education mainly inclusive within regular schools? If there are no separate schools, what support systems exist for students who need additional help?

In Germany, there are different types of special education schools (for example for emotional and social development, learning disabilities, intellectual or physical disabilities, visual impairments). Does Finland have similar categories or distinctions?

And if so, can teachers specialize in these areas during their studies?
