[What an Invaluable Gift Having You Here at Shopee with Me, Sine!]

Around this time last year, I still recall the moment I was just starting a new chapter of my life in SOS team. Surely, that was the moment where we're circulated to meet each other again after our graduation but one thing seems to be different - we're not a classmate now, instead a colleague. Despite different teams, I'm glad that we're at least under the same department, Operations.

Through my 1st day at Shopee until now, you're still my one-call-away friend. This chapter of my life has been fun and excited and you are one of the reason. When I succeed with anything, you always appreciate my efforts and congrats me. When I'm down no matter from what cause it is, it's you again who is right there; be a good listener and supporter for me. I don't know how to thank you enough. But hopefully, you know that I very appreciate to have you here with me at Shopee, Sine!

คุณปอนด์เป็นคนทำงานที่พร้อมช่วยเหลือ
Shopee Crew ด้วยกัน ไม่ใช่แค่กับภายในทีม MKT Ops แต่กับทีมอื่นๆ ที่ทำงานร่วมกันด้วย

ในปี 2564 ที่ผ่านมา มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง Voucher Request SOP ประมาณ 2 ถึง 3 ครั้ง และคุณปอนด์ก็ช่วยอธิบายลงไปยังภาคปฏิบัติ ว่าต้องทำอย่างไรบ้าง เพราะการ Request Voucher อาจมีรายละเอียดที่แตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละแคมเปญ

เวลามี Initiative ใหม่ๆ คุณปอนด์ตอบรับไอเดียจากแคมเปญอย่างรวดเร็ว พร้อมช่วยเหลือเต็มที่ แม้ว่านั้นอาจหมายถึง Workload ที่เพิ่มขึ้นของคุณปอนด์เองก็ตาม เช่น การ Top up Voucher เป็นรายสัปดาห์แทนรายเดือน เป็นต้น

นอกจากนั้นคุณปอนด์ยังเต็มใจที่จะทำงานตอนเที่ยงคืน หรือแม้กระทั่งในวันหยุดเพื่อช่วยอัพเดท Voucher ของแคมเปญต่างๆ ให้ทันเวลา
เพื่อให้ลูกค้าของเราได้เก็บโค้ดไป Shopping ใน Shopee ได้อย่างมีความสุขค่ะ ^ ^

A friend in need is a friend indeed!

During the past 4 months, I appreciate every moment here at Shopee — all the credits goes to my Health & Beauty Category and Campaign Team. Thank you for being such a wonderful team in every possible way a new joiner like me can ever imagine! However, this post of appreciation is dedicated to a person who has a similar responsibility as me, Haru—who has played a huge role to make my time here at Shopee fulfilling.

While it may not seem like a huge thing to you, your technical guidance really helped me get through an overwhelming amount of data. Not only that, your help went beyond just the technical aspect of things. Despite us being in different categories, the ideas and comments we shared on our projects could in more ways than one be applied to one another’s projects.

You truly understand what struggles we went through (since we faced most of it together) — it was truly a relief to know that you will always have my back. Lucky enough for me, we have pretty much the same goal — striving to raise the standard in every one of our projects. I know that sometimes my ideas were awfully demanding and time-consuming, despite some complaints and ridiculous jokes you usually cracked, your support and encouragement made me, and hopefully, you the better versions of ourselves.

Lastly, thank you for being not only a colleague but also a good friend. It was hard enough to start a job virtually since almost none of us ever met in person. Having a buddy like you around surely fulfills my experience here at Shopee — as the saying goes, "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much".

Enough of my appreciation. I’m sure even without this appreciation post, you would still know how much I appreciate having you around. Hope 2022 would be a great year for us. I look forward to working with you on many other projects!

To be honest, its quite hard to admire someone when we've never met in person while working. But Kaotip is an outstanding person and excellent colleague. With a degree in law, she makes the difference when come to communication and be able to move shopee to the next level.

Firstly, as our role related to many stakeholders and need to manage things within timeline. She be able to use her soft skills to communicate clearly which makes the conversation seamlessly during various campaigns.

Secondly, responsiveness, although each person need to responsible for their own task, she always there to help her co-worker even its not related to her. Spending time for the explanation and give some comments as a third person point of view
really helps her colleague and team tackling the task easier.

Apart from working experience which I dont want to limit to this, I really appreciate Kaotip as an organizer to non-work related
stuff which helps our team enjoy and closely connect with one another like badminton events. When pairing with her, she is a very "good" player in which I always lost the game from her missed hahaha!

Lastly, I would like to thank you Kaotip for her contribution along 2021 and hope that our Health and Beauty categories will beat competitors even more in 2022 !!!

Thank you my payment team! I couldn't be more thankful to have you guys as my team. This year is tough but I see myself growing up from the guidance and support from you. However, for the lucky draw purpose, let me dedicate this appreciation post to k. mind.sornprom@shopee.com.

During the last quarter of the year, there are a lot of upcoming loan features which I sometimes suffer from. I feel like I am not running fast enough to follow them. K. Mind is very detailed and thoughful person. So, what she does is guiding me through the steps I should take in order to be able to catch all the features. Another thing which I really like is that she always see my missing gaps. For example, I sometimes miss to discuss the legal perspectives with the legal team on the features. We not only talk about working but we also have a lot of fun on sharing encouraging Seatalk stickers to each others.

To sum up, K. Mind has been guiding me on how to run efficiently so that I don't get lost along the way and she is always running with me! Thank you K. Mind <3
