      I'm from a village named Kotihal in Haveri district of Karnataka and serving as English Language Teacher for classes 6-8 at Govt. Higher Pramary School at Somalapur a small village in the same district.

   The school at where more than two hundred pupils studying to whom I'm a mentor is located on the bank of Tungabhadra river. All wards here belong to families of small farmers and farm labourers. As many parents of these fmilies are busy in their agricultural  work (it's  their lively hood too) they give more importance farm work  than anything else. So, they wanted their children help them in there their work. When ever my lovely pupils return school after their long leave, sadly they say that their parents didn't allow them to attend classes as there is lot of harvesting work.
     
      I'm so glad to see you at RIESI and open my ears to your idea sharing about Classroom Research and Writing. as I have come from a remote area school where kannada is spoken longuage I had a little expectation from you and the friends who are listening to you. That is how to create English atmosphere by using 'writing' as a tool? I hope at the end of the course I would be sharpened by this skill.

Our school is located 15 km from Ramanathapuram. Our school is having a sound history of completing more than 110years 
We have created WhatsApp group 2 years ago classwise for sharing follow up work, video, audio songs. We shared KALVI TV, YOUTUBE VIDEOS through whatsapp group. 4th std. Teachers handled through telegram.

And 5th standard teachers contacted online class through ZOOM app from December 15 2020. But we  achieved only 40% of kids attended the meeting. Because remaining children's parents don't have smart phones and some of the parents have only one smart phone and it is kept with them as they go for work early in the morning and come home late and network problem exists many of the villages.

 I am CHENNA KRISHNA. G. working as SG Teacher in PUP school, Gonamakkanapally, Thally Block, Krishnagiri Dist, Tamilnadu. I am living in a small village called Salivaram. In my village two famous temples namely Sree Chenna Kesava Swamy Temple and Sree Someshwara  Swamy Temple are there. My village is very coldest place in the months of November, December, January and February because of heavy fog. There are plenty of Elephants roaming around our village.

During the pandamic Covid-19 virus period few months later Telangana started only Online classes for 3rd class to 10th classes in school education .After that all remaining educational institutions are started.
But the most of the issues like phone, tv, net faced the teachers to cunduct Online classes for children.
Although these problems we faced, we succeeded by telecasting lessons through tv channels that information given by phones, whats app geoups and youtube links
While lesson is continuing or after the class the worksheets sent to the students, after they have done they have to posted it in the groups.

Myself Ashok Donupala from Nizamabad district in Telangana state. I have been working at MP UPS AmeerNagar for the past 5 years. I handle Bioscience and English for 6 to 8 classes in my school.
I feel, to make a better society Teacher is the most important one who can drive their students into Perfect Order. This is the thing only reason to love my profession.

Dear Professor, 
I am Joseph from Kasaragod dist. of Kerala state. I have been teaching English for classes six and seven since 2015.
At home i have wife and three kids. My wife Mrs.  Daliya is a home maker. Two daughters Ku.Aksa and Ku.Asin are studying in classes seven and five respectively. My son Aksel will turn four by the month of May. 
After my PG i decided to become a teacher and completed my B. Ed. Since then i haven't regretted about my career. Teaching is a noble profession and i like it verymuch. But at times i feel bad for not being able to help my children in a better way because i can give only what i have. So i anticipate that this training will empower and enable me to do justice to my profession. This is my first experience in such a training program and i thank Almighty for giving me such a wonderful opportunity to be here with the eminent faculty like you.

Hello Mr. Ravi, 
I am from Gulyam of Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh .I have two brothers and a son. I work  at MPPK main School, HOLAGUNDA ,Kurnool district,Andhra Pradesh .Though this school is in Andhra Pradesh, we teach in Kannada medium. I teach to class 1st to 5th. 
Now a days our state government hasbeen reforming our schools , providing nutritious food and digitalizing the education system. Really I like it and I don't like administration and other writing works that disturbs my teaching in school .
I expect improvement in the areas of phonetics,proficiency and overall improvement in LSRW skills .Thats my expectation from the course. 
I want improve my drafting skills and want to learn how to teach writing to our primary school kids.This is my expectation from the writing instructure.

I'm Kavitha from Narayanpet district Telangana.My home town is Mahabubnagar district which is famous for a temple Kanduru.its named as second Kaaasi because after Kaaasi Kalpavruksha trees here only.

I'm appointed as secondary grade teacher in 2019 at Mpps Peddaporla Narayanpet.we have 230 children in my school.
I'm proud to be English teacher always.I love my job and like to spend time with my little ones.I'm teaching from 2nd to 5th classes.specially my 5th class students enthusiastic to learn English which gives me strength to learn new things and explore.

Iam Christy thanga nayagam from Tamilnadu.I'm feeling immensely pleasure to tell you that I feel proud to work as a Teacher in the school where I completed my Primary Education. The condition of my school was very worse like lack of infrastructure, renewal of license and the strength was also very low. During the rainy season the School used to be filled with rainwater flowed from the streets.I used tk clean all the water and go home.The school was been denied for renewal of license due to infrastructure and there was a Question about the stability . I urged the Officials with teary eye to give time for a period of 18 months.I took personal loan and with own risk started the renovation.I seek Financial help through Social media and few Organization offered help.Few old st..udents too offered financial help.By the grace of God my Hard work got succeeded and my dream came true and the School found a new Building.              Iam Munikuntla. Madhavi working as SGT at MPPS Kundurupally Jayashankar district Telangana. My service as teacher is 18 years and I teach 1st to 5th class English. I took 3 times " Best teacher" award for implementing classroom teaching innovatively and for developing my school. My school children perform skits also. To learn a language children must be exposed to language environment, so I spent by 30000/ from my pocket for school whitewash and oil paintings. I painted Rhymes, alphabetical words, flowers, etc., paintings on the walls of our School ( classrooms).
             I feel proud to be in this profession because my old school children still calls me frequently even after my transfer from my previous school. The villagers give lot of respect to me wherever I go. After completing my MBA post-graduation I got job in MNC company but I choose to be in this profession. Sometimes I feel unsatisfaction because of government negligence on govt. Schools, they don't provide sufficient infrastructure and funds to develop the schools.
         I expect that I can explore myself after completing this course which helps my children a lot. Ican enrich my writing skills from my instructor .

My name is Ubaidullah Baig. I am from Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh; working as a secondary grade teacher in MPUP School , Chagallu of Nekarikallu mandal.

I am working as State Resource Person for various programs at State and District levels besides my duties as a teacher. Worked as SRP for Comprehensive Learning Enhancement Program CLEP , CLEP2 , NISHTHA program, DIKSHA E Content creation State-District-Divisional levels, abhyasa training etc..., Worked as module writer for teacher handbook, participated in New Textbook Editing works, errata workshops etc..

My hometown is Guntur city , headquarter for Guntur Distriict. I am married to Sabeena Mohammad and she is also an employee, LDC in a Central Government Tobacco Board. As her office is in Guntur city itself we are residing in Guntur. It’s been 5 years since we married and we have a son of 3and half years of age.


I teach Hindi and English in my school for classes 4-8. What I like most in my profession is freedom to experiment. Different resources like ICT, English labs that is being installed in all the government schools, transformation of entire school infrastructure with the help of NADU-NEDU initiative in Andhra Pradesh.


The thing I dislike most in my profession is Multigrade teaching. Instead, the government could have  taken some steps to appoint teacher for every subject or at least one teacher for one class.


I expect the techniques and mechanics of writing from the writing instructor. By the end of this training I must be able to express my feeling in simple phrases,sentences, and, i must be able to communicate and convey the same feeling, in written form.

I teach English Language from 6-8 classes at Govt Higher Primary School, Hire Hadligi, Ballari Taluk, Ballari District & Karnataka State.
