In my opinion I believe this is one of the most important amendments in the Bill of Rights because it protects us from judgments that may be based off of race, ethnicity, religious belief, or gender. I believe that having a probable cause and search warrant gives citizens a sense of respect for our properties and privacy from the Government. It is very easy for officials to take advantage of the 4th amendment had it not came with rules and restrictions.

In my opinion I believe that the first amendment is what makes America "the land of the free", where as U.S citizens we are given the right to express ourselves no matter our gender, religious belief or ethnicity. Of course this means to express ourselves in a conductive manner. As a U.S citizen I am pleased with knowing that if there is something that I don't agree on with the Government I have the right to protest that belief. Our voices are not silenced but rather heard and allowed to be shared with whoever we please.
