         <description><![CDATA[<p>The lead role governance form is the prominent one in the organisation I work for. &nbsp;There is a very clear stakeholder group of traditional owners and all other stakeholders with the operating environment take direction from the traditional owners. However, the challenge is that the Board of traditional owners while largely cohesive, do on particular matters have varying views and perspectives on what is valued and on approaches to creating value.</p>]]></description>
