I go to school everyday and on my way I feel certain that today I will make a difference even if it will be a tiny difference. I know from deep inside that I will influence somebody's life. I take great delight in nurturing students' minds and souls... but there are times when my enthusiasm  wanes because of the textbooks... 

Here are some suggestions to rekindle teachers' enthusiasm: new inspiring textbooks, creating opportunities for teacher development like organizing seminars, conferences, competitions and trips abroad - if possible :)
