She was in her armchair when it came on but hasn’t been able to mobilise since due to being unsteady on her feet. She lives alone and pressed her Careline button to raise the alarm.

Her observations are pulse 52, RR 20, BP 178/100, SPO2 95%

She can’t find her prescription, but knows she takes tablets for high blood pressure, warfarin and a sleeping tablet.
