We discuss jobs from the customer's point of view, not the company's. Please have a look at Tesla's value proposition canvas. Gains: Wide variety of books to choose from. You get to read books across genres otherwise you would have stuck to your own with a narrow perspective (eg. fiction).

Budding authors who would place their books on the shelves to get feedback is a good idea. However, it will not come under gain creators.  Your budding author would be another type of customer you're catering to with different needs from your current customer profile.
