Cigarette smoke is enormously harmful to your health. So, there really is no safe way to smoke. Replacing your cigarette with a cigar, pipe, or hookah won’t help you avoid the health risks associated with tobacco products. Read the damage it causes, you will stop.
Circulation: When you smoke, the toxins from the cigarette smoke enter your blood. The toxins in your blood then make your blood thicker, and increase the chances of clot formation.
Heart: Carbon monoxide from the smoke and nicotine both put a strain on the heart by making it work faster.

-The snake was found in the Simón Bolivar park on Sunday just minutes before it gave birth to a  baby Snake.
- Because boa constrictors can have as many as 30 babies  at once environmental officials  conducted a search to verify if the mother Snake had left more offspring in the popular park.
- The authorities said they belive that the Snake was abandoned in the park by a resident or an ilegal wildlife trader.
- Wild animals like boa constrictors  are not allowed as pets.

The "costeño" , together with legendary artists Lucho Bermudez and Pacho Galan, has been one of the very few colombians able to mantain their big band for more than to decades.

 President Donald Trump has told advisers he wants an early exit of U.S. troops from Syria, two senior administration officials said on Friday, a stance that may put him at odds with U.S. military officials who see the fight against Islamic State as nowhere near complete.

A National Security Council meeting is set for early next week to discuss the U.S.-led campaign against Islamic State in Syria, according to U.S. officials familiar with the plan.

Two other administration officials confirmed a Wall Street Journal report on Friday that said Trump had ordered the State Department to freeze more than $200 million in funds for recovery efforts in Syria while his administration reassesses Washington’s role in the conflict there.

Trump called for the freeze after reading a news report that the U.S. had recently committed an additional $200 million to stabilize areas recaptured from Islamic State, the paper said.

Hard-right former President Alvaro Uribe is Colombia’s “eternal president,” according to the front-runner in the presidential election race, Ivan Duque. Critics warn of a cult of personality.

Duque’s controversial praise follows months of polarization and an apparent radicalization of the “uribistas” whose “unique leader” is investigated by the Supreme Court for allegedly forming far-right death squads.

“I feel proud to be on this stage with the Great Colombian, the eternal president we love, Alvaro Uribe,” Duque told an enthusiastic crowd in Medellin. 

According to Petro, Uribe “is using the tricks of a dictator” to recover the power he lost after leaving the presidential palace in 2010.

The “uribistas” were already under pressure after Duque proposed to reform the justice system that is investigating alleged war crimes and obstruction of justice by the former president.
