         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the rising action Mr. white makes a wish with the paw for £200 to pay off his house.“I wish for two hundred pounds,” said the old man distinctly.-pg36<br><br>The next day after his son leaves to work at the factory a man is seen walking back in forth to the door of the house as if contemplating knocking on the door."Three times he paused at the gate, and then walked on again."-pg37<br><br>When the Whites answer the door they get the news that their son was killed at work because he got caught in the machinery. as compensation for their loss the man gives them  £200. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the conflict is that they got their wish granted but their son was killed.“He was caught in the machinery,” said the visitor at length in a low voice.-pg38<br><br>The climax of the story happens that night when the wife wakes up begging Mr.White to use his last wish to bring their son back.“No,” she cried, triumphantly; “we’ll have one more. Go down and get it quickly, and wish our boy alive again.”-pg39<br><br> Mr.White gives in and makes the wish then realizing it was a mistake in fear that his son will not be whole when they get him back. A knock is heard at the door after the wish is made. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>in the falling action Mrs.White hears a knock at the door and believes it to be her son Herbert Mr.White beggs her not to open the door and tries to hold her back. “What are you holding me for? Let go. I must open the door.”-pg41<br><br>When she gets to the door she realized the top nolt is too high for her to reach meanwhile Mr.White is looking all over the ground on his hands and knees for the monkeys paw.”But her husband was on his hands and knees groping wildly on the floor in search of the paw.”-pg41<br><br>Mr.White finds the paw as his wife is using a chair to reach the top bolt and makes his final wish just in time so that when his wife opens the door there is nothing.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The flat earth theory is a superstition that the earth is a flat disk and the edges are Antarctica. the people who believe the flat earth theory are people who believed it was actually true for a second then realized it wasn't but refused to admit they were wrong so they make up a bunch of things trying to prove the theory. they believe this superposition because there is plenty of evidence to prove its true.</div>]]></description>
