Individual care plan (ICP) is a plan prepared for each child in order to ensure the holistic development of the child. After evaluating the history of the child, a detailed plan is prepared covering all the aspects of physical, emotional and mental growth of the child.
2. Care plans are an essential aspect to providing gold standard quality care. Not only do they help define the support & care workers' roles in providing consistent care, but they enable the care team to customise the level and types of support for each person based on their individual needs.
3. Children without adequate care are less likely to attend or do well in school, less able to access health and other basic services, more likely to engage in anti-social and criminal behaviours, and in many cases their physical, emotional and cognitive development is compromised.

 1.  An individual care plan is prepared keeping in view the child’s case history, education and vocational aptitude. For children under rehabilitation stay the care plan covers the entire period of stay.
 
 2. Through ICP the CCI will come to know that which child is needed personally and according to that need, The CCI will take care of that child and can work for the development of the skills in coming days.
