I have used learning analytics in the past as a 10th grade English Teacher (tested subject). Throughout the school year I have used MAP testing results to personalize my students education program. I used CommonLit, which is an online resource for my English Literature students, which gathers data from assignments for my classes as a whole and also for each individual student. This was because he thought it would motivate the students and encourage competition amongst one another. I was not a fan of this idea, and I did not do it. It seems this must go against some form of privacy act or law.
