For the most part, I was successful in reaching my Wellness Goal. There were two days where I forgot a water bottle and missed my goal. On the other days, I brought a water bottle to school and either reached or was very close to my goal. During this project, I saw slight improvements in my health as I started to feel more energized throughout the 30 days because I was more hydrated. If I could start this project over again, I would slowly build up to my goal rather than starting with the highest amount right away. I would do this because going straight to drinking 85 ounces of water per day was difficult for the first several days.
