         <description><![CDATA[<div><em><mark>Nine types of needs analysis can be defined:</mark></em><em><br></em><br></div><pre><strong>Target- situation analysis</strong></pre><div>It aims to determine what students need to be able to do in English as a result of the course.&nbsp;</div><pre><strong>Deficiency analysis</strong></pre><div>These are needs-based approaches that have been developed to consider the current wants or needs of learners.&nbsp;</div><pre><strong>Present-situation analysis</strong></pre><div>It is a complement of the analysis of the target situation, this analysis tries to identify how the students are at the beginning of the course.&nbsp;</div><pre><strong>Learning-oriented analysis</strong></pre><div>He believes that needs should be negotiated among students.&nbsp;</div><pre><strong>Strategy analysis</strong></pre><div>It serves to discover students' preferences in terms of learning strategies.</div><pre><strong>Means analysis</strong></pre><div>Focuses on the learning situation.</div><pre><strong>Language audit </strong></pre><div>It has a large-scale vision of NA in terms of strategic language policies in different fields and sectors.&nbsp;</div><pre><strong>Set menu analysis</strong></pre><div>Creates a menu that includes all core courses that the learner can select from.</div><pre><strong>Computer-base analysis</strong></pre><div>Matches perceived needs with a database of materials.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<blockquote><em><mark>We can find different users in this case students in English language learning in a needs analysis and it is important:</mark></em></blockquote><div>- Determine the audience i.e. the students to whom we will teach English to confirm the information and illuminate the purposes of the process of teaching the language (English).<br>- Identify the target population from which the information will be collected in order to determine it by sampling a representative group of the total population in terms of homogeneity (English skills, attitudes, and knowledge).<br>- In addition, there are several tools and techniques for collecting data when conducting a Needs Analysis process: <br>- Questionnaires, which can be used with large groups and can be easy to tabulate and analyze, but sometimes the information collected can be superficial.<br>Sample questions.<br><mark>How long have you been learning English?<br>Why do you want to learn English?<br>What do you use English for?<br>What kinds of activities do you prefer to do in class?<br>What is the best way to learn a new language?</mark></div>]]></description>
