There would be no slavery of any sort and if you needed work done by someone not in your family or who wanted to help you for free, you would have to do it for yourself or pay someone to do it. Everyone would start off with the same amount of land where they could farm and sell or trade what they grew for different food and necessities. There would be free and quality schools for everyone. There would libraries full of books for everyone to read. Everyone would have to go to the doctor on a regular basis and violence of any sort would not be allowed.
