This may be a great lesson for our committee and eventually the building to have a voice and understanding in the direction and focus of the committee. - small obtainable goals for the quarter with a small prize, kids liked food/ small rewards for this.  We can make rewards based around positive behaviors and desired outcomes, 1 coupon per class passed for the quarter, perfect attendance is 3, miss one day 2, 2 days is 1 coupon etc.  If a student earns X by the end of the quarter they get a pass to go to a pizza party or something like that- or a choice of passes they get to pick 1.

- I suggested a field day concept with the kids v teachers - we all like that idea.
We could call it Spartan games and have different silly challenges (sack race, egg relay etc) with cheesy awards.  This could take place in the Spring after the major testing is over.
