         <description><![CDATA[<div>Prosthetics are not easily accessible for children in developing countries. Factors such as cost, proximity of specialists&nbsp;and overall materials availability are hurdles many families have to overcome. Even if they should be so lucky to get one the prosthesis may need to be adapted or totally replaced as the child grows, adding another challenge to these children and their families. However with the increase in ease and accessibility of 3-D printing, personalized prosthetics are within reach for many more people than they were before.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While there is great potential with 3-D printed prosthetics, there also has to be great prosthetist following up with the children that get them made as they grow.&nbsp; In developing countries as well as developed countries, the decrease in cost and time necessary to produce the prosthetics due to 3-D printing allows for more flexibility and freedom in design.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My five strengths are input, relator, arranger, significance, and command.<br><br>For the rest of my team, I would choose:<br><br>Angelica - analytical -&nbsp;I would want Angelica on my team for her strategic thinking ability. She would be a great asset in the mechanics of developing a new prosthetic.<br><br>Faith - futuristic - I would want Faith on my team to anticipate usage of each prosthetic. I believe she could think outside the box to know more than just what the child may need at the moment, but what abilities they may need in the future as well.<br><br>Ivy - individualization -&nbsp;I would want Ivy as a teammate to not only help the team to work together to achieve the common goal, but also to work with the patients and find how we can make each prosthetic individualized to them.<br><br>Pablo - positivity -&nbsp;I would love to have Pablo on my team for overall team morale. I believe having someone who is a cheerleader is a necessity for every team, especially when working with difficult circumstances surrounding the child's need for a prosthetic.<br><br>Randall - responsibility -&nbsp;I believe Randall would be an asset for my team because he would take accountability for making sure the prosthetic was done correctly, within budget, and on time.</div>]]></description>
