Receiving the recognition on the main stage is a big deal to colleges, so I think that should continue.

We have in the past brought together leadership from the LMA winners to engage them in conversations about the direction of the field, challenges, etc. Basically, acknowledging them as important voices to inform the Network's direction. I remember the one I organized ages ago being well attended and appreciated

Host an interest session at DREAM for institutions interested in designations

I think showing the tiered level of awards will help. Also, treating it like Hollywood awards season. There are different awards given throughout the season. So mentioning how they highlight different "accomplishments and achievements" will be helpful.

(1) Understanding the student connection to this work. The students are represented in the metrics but not necessarily in the stories. What happened to an individual student's experience now that the college transformed aspects of their efforts. (2) love what Meredith said around Strategy Hub. This is the exact audience to be able to elevate and share their strategies. (3) How else do we elevate them throughout the year outside of DREAM and the Webinar. Can we do more with this cohort of LMA winners.

Could we do a series of featured voices from one or more of the award tiers? Could be individual experts or we could write up a blog based on conversations with people based on role at different winners (e.g. LMA winners - voices from the faculty)

Could we create/cultivate ideas for how colleges can celebrate their win (any award tier) with their campus community? I can even see us developing designs or specially branded giveaways that colleges could buy to give away as mini thank yous or awards to specific staff

I wonder if we could do more in elevating the LMA and doing more around peer-learning with like institutions. I know we don't have capacity, so this is wild-wild but like a tour of like-institutions talking to each other. Not an ATD show but organized by ATD. One of the biggest factors in the Network is peer-learning.
