2.  Export report to Excel.
3. Rename Latest Number Correct column to (BM name) Number Correct: remove fill color and convert to number format.
4.  Insert a column to the right of the number correct column and name it (BM name) Number Possible.  Put the appropriate number in the first column and copy down.
5.  Copy the State Student ID column and insert to the left of it--rename that column UIC.
6. Rename Latest Test Date to (BM name) Test Date.
7.  Save as a CSV file in Illuminate/MLPP/Summary Assessment Uploads.
8.  Format UIC and State Student ID columns as Number (no decimal places) and Custom (10 spaces).
9.  Save file and KEEP OPEN.
10.  Create a summary assessment for each BM that includes: UIC, State Student ID, Student Name, BM Number Correct, BM Number Possible, BM Test Date.  In the Overview screen, add the student data sheet as a custom report.
11.  Click Responses/Import Student Responses From a File.
12.  Select Comma, Update Student Data, State Student ID, choose your file and Upload.
13.  Match the appropriate columns
and then Import.
14.  Go to Scheduled jobs and download the file to make sure everything imported without errors.
15.  Go into 2017-18-Student Data Report-DC and Manage Columns.   Delete all columns except for Number Correct and Number Possible.  Move those columns up in the order and Save.
16.  Go to Form Letter and Format.  Drag the data into the appropriate fields on the sheet, format those fields and Save.
17.  Repeat steps for all MLPP assessments except for Hearing and Recording Sounds.     a.  For Early Lit, delete all columns except State Student ID, Student First and Last Names, Assessment Date, SS, PR and Literacy Class.  For Reading delete all except State Student ID, Student First and Last Names, Assessment Date, SS, PR, GE and IRL.  For Math delete all except State Student ID, Student First and Last Names, Assessment Date, SS, PR, and GE.
     b.  Move State Student ID to column A.  Copy and insert to new column A and rename UIC.  Move Student Last Name before First Name.  Insert a column called SGP after First Name.
     c.  Sort by UIC and Date (newest to oldest) then delete duplicates.
     d. Manually input SGP by running a Star growth report for the dates used.   Move SGP column to end.
     e.  Combine each building into    one CSV file for each (Early Lit, Reading, Math).
      f.  Save as CSV file in correct folder with correct month and test name.
      g.  Re-format UIC and State ID columns to number-no decimals and custom with 0000000000.
      h. Save but DO NOT CLOSE FILE
2.  Import results into Illuminate Star Early Literacy (or Reading or Math) 2017-18 Monthly Exports.
      a.  Open assessment.
      b.  Select Responses/Import Student Responses From a File
      c.  Choose Comma (file delimiter), Update Student Data (importing option), State Student ID (student identifier), choose appropriate file and Upload File.
      d.  Match correct columns--UIC, State Student ID and correct month's date and testing data.
      e.  Import
      f.  View downloaded file for errors.  Watch for State IDs/UICs with leading zeros. 
g. Verify that any new students' data have been exported/imported.
