    2. Socratic Questioning:
      - This allows opportunities for individuals to asked open ended questions that have them use their critical thinking skills (Merriam & Bierima, 2014). This allows learners to explore concepts and voice their understanding more.


    3. Exit Tickets:
      - At the end of the session those who participated with provide a short written response to a specific question. This summative assessment allows quick feedback on what the participants understand and were able to retain.
