         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Think-Pair-Share:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;- This is a well known strategy when a question will be thought of individually, talked about with a partner, and then shares to the group/class. This allows partners to deepen their understanding and reflect whis is important for adult learning. <br><br>2. Socratic Questioning:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;- This allows opportunities for individuals to asked open ended questions that have them use their critical thinking skills (Merriam &amp; Bierima, 2014). This allows learners to explore concepts and voice their understanding more.</p><p><br>3. Exit Tickets:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;- At the end of the session those who participated with provide a short written response to a specific question. This summative assessment allows quick feedback on what the participants understand and were able to retain.</p>]]></description>
