The business started while she was studying at the University of Malaya, majoring in East Asian Studies under the Department of Japanese Studies. Her husband, Faiz Hussamuddin help her a lot in managing the business apart from being a successful entrepreneur.
In this project, our team chose to sell Nims Choco Tub which is a mixture of cereal with melted chocolate. Nims Choco Tub has various types such as Coco Rice, Coco Ball, Mini Coco Crunch, and Coco Crisp. Premium Chocolate had been used to produce this product which is suitable for all ages because this type of chocolate is not too sweet.
Our team chose this product for sale because it has various types to choose from and it gives value in general. According to the studies, chocolate helps relieve stress and prevent heart disease. Generally, adults are more prone to consume this product while watching TV or engaging in other activities. On the other hand, we all know that teens love chocolate-based products. Besides that, the choco tub is travel-friendly and consumed everywhere because it comes with a spoon—next, the Key Activities. We promote our products of choco tubs via social media as our platform to reach out to the customer. We have taken orders from our customers and distributed the product to all the members.
The fifth area is Key Partners, which includes our supplier to get our NIMS product in stock and Pos Laju and agents (our team members) as our key partners when running our choco tubs business. In terms of our Key Resources. We decided to use Canva to create our business logo and poster for our promotional activities. Besides that, we use Mural to produce our BMC and Padlet for our E-portfolio. The seventh area is Revenue Streams. Customer purchase was the only revenue stream since we did not have delivery charges. In our Cost Structure, our modal for each member was RM45 for three boxes, respectively, and the shipping cost is RM50 for three boxes. The last area is Channels.
