The most important approach  I've tought today is process writing for me.
In my opinion , my colleagues would be most interested in exploring the differences between productive writing and process writing.

One of major challenges my colleagues face related to speaking is using their mother tongue instead of using English during the activities and during the general interaction.

I have some concerns about flipped classroom as some of the classes are not equıpped well with technology. In additiın, assessment may not be easy for those who do not want to do anyrhing about homework.
