   Nowadays, aging parents get better and less expensive care at home. First, families love their parents. Those aging parents’ children want to live with their parents, so they will give their parents free and lovely care. Beside, people feel much happier staying at home than in other healthcare systems. Staying at their own house, watching their children working and playing around is the biggest happiness for aging parents. Second, homes for elderly nowadays are being more and more expensive. Firstly, telecommuting helps the employer reduce many fees surrounding the work. As workers are not required to show up at work, the manager does not have to rent a big workplace as well as pay a large amount of money. Furthermore, a person can manage more workers online than in reality, which means fewer fees would be spent on support staff. Also, facilities are not demanding in number since only a few are needed for those who work in the office.

Nowadays, aging parents will feel comfortable and happy when they stay at home. First, families will have time to take care and express their responsibility to their old parents. Moreover, the elderly feel happiest in their own home, they can have time to play with the children, do the exercises and talk with the neighbours.  Furthermore, when elderly parents living at home with us, we won't need to pay for their living expenses in healthcare systems. Firstly, the managers will have less observation work than face to face working. Secondly, it can’t be sure how the employee manage and arrange their time sensibly or not. That will lead to the lack of awareness about the self-reliant of workers at home. Moreover, to assemble all staff in a meeting is much more harder due to some reasons like slow connecting internet, unstable quality of volume...
