Spending some along time can really just mellow the day out and I would do it myself if I had time. Maybe listen to some music or something while you do it because music really helps me chill.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Getting away from social media and walking outside are excellent plans for relaxing and destressing. Music is also good, as are other calming or happy hobbies, such as drawing, reading, writing, etc. Research wise, you could try looking up major factors of stress, or looking up why people get stressed. You could also try looking up common de-stress methods and explain why they work. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jess, I'm totally about taking time for yourself and focusing on the finer things in life rather than social media. So many of us get caught up in the whirlwind of social media without even realizing it, so it's awesome when someone chooses their well-being over a major stressor such as that. On the note of research, I'd definitely look into social media effects on adolescents and positive coping skills towards stress.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Will you listen to music? I also suggest that you try different trails. Also, you are going to need to make a contingency plan for bad weather. Will you walk if it is cold and rainy? Snowy? What are the limits of your commitment? Also, do you have a time or distance (or step count) you are aiming for? Oooooh....you should get a fitbit. Counting steps makes walking sooooooooo much more fun. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think this will be great for you. getting away from everyone, especially on social media, will be good for you. talking a walk is also really relaxing. you could go to different parks and walk there occasionally if you get bored walking in the same place. i think this will definitely reduce your stress, and it is also good exercise </div>]]></description>
