Then I wrote a proposal to IFIXIT team to get thier approval. Once the proposal was approved I researched the product on the internet and found out as much information as I can find on the web. Once I had all the information collected I started organising the information into respected categories.  I learned and used tools like making checklist to ensure if all the requirements were fulfilled. I also, learned how to effectively make web searches by using keywords, google commands and summaries to improve the quality of the search. While writing down the information together I used a word editor to ensure that the content was grammatical free and had proper puncuations. The main skill I gain while writing the device page was how to use headings, subheadings and using hyperlinks wherever needed. Finally I made sure that my content was easy to read for the users by doing user testing with one and getting feedbacks from my classmates.

While doing the project I encountered several challenges like how to evaluate if the source was I got the information was credible or not. to overcome the problem I used EAT techinques which was taught by my professor in lectures. Then chose a product which needs to fixed and emailed my draft idea to IFixit team for approval. After recieving the approval started to do research on how to fix the product and what were the tools that were required to carry out the repair. Once I had everything in mind I carried out the repair myself. While doing the repair I also clicked lots of pictures and made sure that picture were clear with proper lighting and a clear background. After clicking the pictures I sorted some pictures from my the gallery which were complying with the requirement given by Ifixit team and used marker tools to make it clear why the image was shoot and then sent it to the team for thier approval. Once I had completed clicking and got it approved I moved to the second step which was writing down the steps for the repair. How to give constructive feedback on someones work.
How to improve by doing user testing which we did using Kritik in this case.
