It is a lucky class, all pupils have a personal tablets and sometimes you can organize group work.

I work a lot outside of school.
In the cave the tablet would be useful because you can download APP for measuring the temperature and humidity of the cave.
With the tablet you can measure the absolute darkness and hear the signals of bats.

I move  in different classes and in every class I have only Lim with computer and  projector but no tablets or laptop computers for every student.

But, there are computer rooms where we can bring students during lessons.

I generally  take my students outside of the classroom for studing enviroment and for science  projects. I think the tablets is a  tool for the students can work in group and to record data in different  forms like measurements, pictures, videos, etc. This allows to exchange materials and informatins and would make the students much more independent in their learning during those projest

My pupils have a bit of a headache, do not know why the video is overthrown. Can anyone help me solve this mystery?

In my experience, strategies for implementing a group learning environment are very different and They depend of the targhet students.

 -I typically use from two to four students, depending on theage of my students , the nature of the task and the time available.

-Assign students to groups, preferably by your heterogeneous grouping and assign role.

-Plan instructional materials to promote interdependence.

- Encourage everyone to participate and collaborate. - I Circulate around the room to listen and observe groups. I'm a support for the group.

-Finally feedback to each other and exchange of their results

Each group working on a certain period of time.They try 10 earthquakes related to the time and locate them on the earth's surface, to classify them, magnitude, intensity, damage and deaths. On the computer, downloading google earth map and insert a flag in the area of earthquake. Different groups respond to questions on the card:1. Why some powerful earthquakes did not cause deaths? ......2...3...
see attached. The differt groups come together and discover that earthquakes are located the same positions. They find on the internet that these positions are the plate margins .....

Teachers learn to learn with the pupils. They acts as a support and guide.
