1. What do you think are the external environmental factors that affect businesses here in Sebaste? why? You can site all External Factors applicable.

"Sebaste is a rich community pretending to be poor" but now it became "Sebaste is a poor community pretending to be rich". Based on social won't get trouble on that because Sebastehanons have unity.( Not that much). No problem also on demographic structure. Because Sebaste is abundant in terms of Natural Resources. It is where "the mountains meets the seas. People would have easier access on nature that can sustain their daily needs. But the only problem that hinders the economic progress in Sebaste is it Government Policies. Sebaste is one of the poorest community in Antique but has t most beautiful Municipal Hall.

2. In order to attain a good quality of marketing, we need two important factors. So, aside from Product, each one of us need also to consider the People. Why? It is because all things are made by human. In every input of a product we need manpower coming from people. Manpower to purchase the needed ingredients and equipment. Manpower to create the right mixture for better outcome. Manpower that is needed to lift heavy things towards the right place where it belongs. Manpower that go with the OUTPUT. And this output is intended also to another people. Whom we call the "Consumer". Where consumes the product to sustain their daily needs and which they believe it would give satisfaction and energy for another life and work to conquer. 1.) Competition, government policies , natural forces, demographical factors and technological changes are the external environmental factors that affects businesses here in Sebaste. But, base on my own opinion, the factor that affects most is the COMPETITION. Here in Sebaste, many people are fond of copying one's business.Most of the business here are similar and located nearly to each other. For me, that's one of the reason that makes Sebaate a poor community. Instead of thinking of a unique and new business that would boom to the people, they just simply copy the business of another which results to many competitions.
2.) Aside from product, the second most important factor in yhe 7p's is the PEOPLE. They are the one who are responsible for everything in a business. People are the one who think how to run a certain business, make decisions, hire, and develop a strategy in order to make the process of the business run smoothly. They serve to meet the individuals needs. In having a good marketing strategy, we should also give significance to the people because people defines a service.

I think, the external environmental factors that affects business here in Sebaste are demographical factors, natural forces, government policies and many to mention but there is one of the factor has a big affect in the business of town, it is the COMPETITION. Why? Because of not enough supplies, many individuals are looking something in different and other places like instead of buying here they are going to Pandan nor Culasi to buy their needs and wants. Other public markets can satisfy them and it considers as a competitors of Sebaste. I think, Sebaste itself are very lacked in every needs if their communities and can't sustain fully. 1.There are factors to take into consideration that usually are beyond the control. Competition and Natural Forces, these two are my selective factors I think that are affecting business here in Sebaste, so Why? First of all, In Sebaste,"if one's improvement rises its rating other follows",the rivalry is always at present and the unity of ones environment is not at all that matter in the community, not only in Sebaste cause I'm sure at any places Competition is there. And then the Natural Forces such as Storms, tornadoes, hurricanes and wildfires are outside of your purview of controllable business factors,it affects the demands and supplies of the consumers as well as your business.

As you can see here in Sebaste we have a lot of store of course a sari sari store but we don't have a market that other town had. Not only a market, but most of business that aren't found in Sebaste. That's why some of people forced their selves to go to other town to buy their goods. And base of my perception some of them buying goods in other town because they have a lot of money to spend of even it's took a hour trip(no offend that's a reality) and also a culture of a Sebastehanon if they have a lot of money they spend to buy in other town and if they have a lack of money they choose to buy at town. 1.For me, COMPITITION is one of the external factor that affects business here in our beloved Sebaste. We all know that Filipinos are so creative and Strategic i really believe that Sebastehanons are real fiipinos because "We doesn't want to fail or lose, especially in Business." If you visit Sebaste, you can really say "I agree!" because you can able to see lots of sari-sari store in every streets and many other businesses. As a proof, in our Baranggay you can say that we already experienced competition,. One time, together with my mother we've planned to build a small business. We sell street foods like barbeque and some other foods and we had a lot of prospects and existing(suki) customers. In the next day we saw one of customer which is the cousin of my father who ask some business strategies from my mother. She also build a business, and guess what? it is the same as our business,she also sell streetfoods and it was just located at the side of our place. She use the strategies that my mother taught to her and she was able to compete us.
2. I could say that PEOPLE is the second most important to the 7Ps of Marketing. Why? It's because Marketing can't run without People . The Marketing is Useless without them. People are like Concert without Audience, the Performer/Marketing will never be exist and will never grow.
