Activities for infant and toddlers that include movement are great so they can have energy for the rest of the day. To get them up and moving, gets them excited and boosts their energy. They also use up some of their energy and they get tired and take a nap.

Question one: what makes is easy for colleagues to facilitate is that they can easily copy our movements on what we are teaching. Like what we did yesterday in class as classmates, we played quite a few Inuit games, we got up and moving as we were showed how to do or what was demonstrated to us.

when I facilitate physical activities with my colleagues it makes it so easy is when we are helping each other and when we are supporting each other, everything is easy when we are doing everything together

When you facilitate physical activities with toddlers what makes it easy?

I believe when you tell a toddler, what they need to do on playing game or activity to make them understand on how to play.

You can show the toddlers this and that like this is how its played, you do this to cut out or this is how you put them. Etc.

When they are done you can give them a high five or say you did a great job to reward them with positive vibes.

When you facilitate physical activities with toddlers what makes it challenging?

Toddlers have a lot of energy and some of them need more time to understand what they should do. It makes it more challenging when they don’t want to listen or want something their way. You need to show them how it’s properly done and one might not get it right away so you’ll need to explain again and again until all of them understand on what they should do.
