Thursday the 5 th of October the permission for the adoption has been given in Berlin to a couple homosexual. This is the result of the marriage for everyone

Mickeal et kai were married on the 2 October and have just received their wedding act.

This is the first adoption by a homosexual couple to have been given by Germany. 

It was pronounced the 5 of October in the high court de tempelhof-kreuzberg, a district at the south of the capital. 

Their request for adoption was deposited a few month ago, Michael and kai korok have seen their families expand, The child is 2 years old and has been living with the foster family  since his birth but they never succeeded with the demand of adoption despite appeals in front of the German courts. 

Now the two men can start a happy family life. 

 It’s a big step for the homosexual community, now a secured law protects them and the marriage for everyone is not only symbolic

In the early hours of Monday 9^th of October, the famous French actor Jean Rochefort died, He was 87 years old . The actor who started his career in the 50’s died in a Parisian hospital where he had been admitted since August. 

Jean Rochefort marked the French cinema for several decades from the small screen to the movies. He turned nearly 150 films as well in the “cinema d’author” than more popular. His long career has allowed him to be crowned with threes oscars. For is role in “que la fête commence” in 1976, “le crabe tambour” in 1978 et one césar of honor in 1999. 

His death has affected many famous people like Guillaume Canet, or Bertrand tavernier, Brigitte Bardot.
