Personally, I love to reflect to see if there are any changes I can make to alter the lesson plan according to my students’ needs. This is highly important because teachers need to be flexible with their lesson plans to ensure their students’ academic needs are being met. Students learn in different ways, there is no one-way to teach. If students are struggling, it is the teacher’s responsibility to identify the areas in which their students are struggling and alter/approach the lesson differently.
