Hello, my name is Fernando Herrerias Nava, I was born in Mexico City and in 2007 I moved to Metepec. I live with my parents and I do not have brothers or sisters, but I have 2 dogs. I really like to spend time with my family and friends and I also like sports, video games, and cars.

 During this great project I gave my opinion according to what I have seen about family roles in Mexican households and did some research about all this to do a more complete job. As a result of this extensive research I learned that there are many inequalities that have to do with the roles of the home in families all around the world that they are not only there, we have normalized them as a society over the years and this really stagnates family and social development.

 In conclusion, I would say that working towards a more equal society is one of the most important and necessary things we have to do as human beings, because we have made many mistakes in the past that only led to multiple misfortunes during history, and at least I would not like the same mistakes to be repeated that can hurt many people, and if I were politician, I would watch over society and not my interests, but I believe that there is still some hope that we can move forward as a society.


REFLECTION:
I did  a great job in this last writing assignment, showing all the skills I got throughout the course, only having a small lower case mistake.

-       To study in a school as prestigious as Tec

In my free time, I like to hear music especially from Avicii who is my favorite DJ of all time, I ́m still discovering many of his unreleased songs, I love cars and I also like to play videogames with my friends which is something I have been doing since the 

pandemic started and the videogames that I play the most are Fortnite, COD 

Warzone, Rocket League, and Halo.

These days I ́ve been trying to focus on this semester and trying and 

get used to my new schedule, I also have been playing Fortnite with my friend Juanjo in my free hour and I also have been configuring some cars on the Lamborghini and Ferrari page which are one of my biggest dreams that I hope to achieve one day.

The story was set in California, where Daniel Larusso was moving with his mother in search of a better life, already in California Daniel meets a girl named Ali Mills who had a very jealous and conflictive ex-boyfriend named Johnny who studied karate at the Kobra Kai dojo, began to make Daniel´s life impossible, just for start dating Ali, but Daniel was lucky to find the help and support of Mr. Miyagi who worked in the building where Daniel lived and began to teach him karate and more than karate, Mr. Miyagi gave him life lessons to prepare him for difficult obstacles. He continued training to test himself against Johnny and his sensei Kreese, who previously challenged him to do it in the tournament. 

 

In the end Daniel managed to beat Johnny despite his foul play overcoming everything more than with his fists with his mind, this movie gives you a great life message and It´s one of the best movies I´ve ever seen, personally I watched the movie while I was having a stressful moment and it really helped a lot, I highly recommend it.

I can use these learnings in life when I need to speak the language with someone who is native or from another country since a great dream I have is to live an international experience at university. This semester I did not learn something that could really surprise me, but I understood that I am not yet 100 and I need to keep trying to get better results, I also managed to reinforce what I already knew.

I think I liked all the activities we did during the semester, although they had their challenges, I managed to get more good things and learnings than bad things. In general, I think that the English language has been around practically my whole life, and it has obviously marked it for the better. Learning this language has made me much more aware of what is happening in the world without necessarily leaving my country and it has also allowed me to communicate with many more people. By using this portfolio I am satisfied that I finished the semester well and I made a recount of everything I learned during it.
