Q - I just registered members. How do I get an invoice?

A - The National office processes affiliation applications every FRIDAY. Invoices become available after processing, so best practice is to log into your CMS account the following week to retrieve your invoice. (AzHOSA cannot provide Membership invoices, only account statements, so Advisors should access them from their CMS account.)

Q - I just registered for a conference and need to pay. What do I do?

A - AFTER registration closes, the AzHOSA office processes the registration info, sends it to our finance office who generates and sends out invoices via our QuickBooks system. So just wait for that invoice to get emailed to you and then it can be paid following your district's procedures.

Q - I had a student registered in my chapter that has just dropped my class. Can I remove them from my membership roster?

A - National HOSA policy states that once members are entered for the year, they cannot be removed. There are a number of reasons for this and they are strict with this policy. When you hit Submit on your affiliation, you are required to check a box acknowledging this. If you have a new member to enter, however, contact me first, and I can "edit" to replace with your new student.

Q - I am a new advisor and am not sure about the process for Online Testing!

Each week, the Weekly Advisor Update page of our AzHOSA website will be updated at the beginning of the week, and then a message will be sent out via Band to notify advisors of the update. It's recommended that Advisors bookmark this page, and check it for that week's most important information and reminders.
