         <description><![CDATA[<div>toxic gases were used in WWi to kill the enemies soldiers by damaging their respiratory system. this impacted the war because it was a quick and easy way to kill multiple people and weaken the enemies army. But, by the change of the wind, it can kill the people who released the gas instead.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>airplanes during the start of world war one were used for picture and the occasional bombings. but by the end of the war they were used for fighting. this was when machine guns and weapons were loaded onto them. this impacted the war because it was another method of fighting. these were dangerous though because the caught on fire easily.</div>]]></description>
