Salteñas are a type of baked empanada filled with different kinds of stews. The contents inside vary from chicken to pork and beef. Salteñas are also filled with olives and raisins, egg, etc. I like the thought of a hot savory stew inside a pastry. Although, olives and raisins aren't entirely my acquired taste, so I docked some points. Therefore, I give Salteñas a 6/10.

It's important not to confuse masarepa with masa harina, as the latter is used for tortillas. Additionally, you'll need warm water and salt.

They provide protein, fiber, and energy. Arepas also contain magnesium, antioxidants, and may have antiatherogenic properties. Corn contains vitamins A, B1, B5, C, E, and K, as well as iodine, which is important for metabolism and cell function. I rate it 1/10 cause i wouldnt eat it.

I like this meal because These skewers were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have imagined a better way to prepare the beef heart. The aji panca marinade that coats the beef adds a little spice, but not overwhelmingly so and the accompanying aji amarillo sauce helps increase the heat for those that want a bit more. The texture of the heart was firm due to the low fat content, but not nearly as tough as I was originally expecting. I rate this a 8.5/10.

Paella is one the most popular foods from Spain. It's ingredients include rice, seafood or meat, vegetables, and seasonings. Originating from Valencia, it was a meal primarily for farmers and laborers, made with rice, vegetables, and whatever protein was available. Eventually people started to add seafood and different spices like saffron, giving it a yellow glow. I like the meal because it has a lot of color and would have a lot a flavor. I would rate it a 7/10

coquito is a classic puerto rican drink, mainly served during the holidays. it's the same consistency and taste as eggnog and not made much different. contaning coconut milk, rum, condensed milk and vanilla the only difference is coquito has no egg while eggnog does. many times coquito will be topped with sweet cream and some sort of nutmeg or cinnamon. it seems like a very easy drink to make and i would probaly try it without the rum.
