Some of the ideas were to listen to music, take breaks, and reward myself. What I really liked was that I didn't just get these ideas from my tutor but also some of my group members. Even though this discussion went well for me, there were some people who didn't really participate and we still had to get reminded to turn cameras on, so participation and engagement is still something we need to work on as a group.
