         <title>Recovery Time</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The ATP-PC recovery time is 2-3 minutes. This is because energy is needed from one of the other systems to replenish the PC stores of the body.&nbsp;<br><br>The lactate system has a recovery time of approximately 8 minutes. This aids the removal of lactic acid and also gives the body time to replace the glycogen stores in the muscle cells.&nbsp;<br><br>The aerobic system recovery time can vary from 2-3 hours to 3 days. This depends on the intensity, duration and the individual's fitness levels.<br><br></div>]]></description>
