1- Many Students (opting a particular subject) do not have strong hold on the subjects. e.g. in Math AI SL, students join from humanity, art and other non pure mathematical backgrounds. These students can further be disinterested in the subject if not differentiated early and helped them.
-Using oral questions(Inquiry based approach) or through a small worksheet which has questions equally distributed weight wise among easy, medium and difficult level questions to asses each student on a particular topic, concepts or unit. This attempt gives us an idea about their understanding of the categorized level problems subsequently finding out the gaps they have in reaching from one level to other. Once such students are found, their performance can be further improved by giving them a task or discussion with a group, pairs, on the concept, extra time given at the end of the class individually etc.

- Resource Worksheet-

2-It is often observed in the class that some of the students are not well versed with the use of technology such as frequent use of GDC etc. They also do not have enough motivation for mastering the use of technology on their own.
- It is important to identify these students at the starting of the curriculum and help them at the earliest so that they do not struggle during the course. It is useful to provide them a literature on using GDC or any other technology. For those who still do not understand the use of technology through the documents, it is important to provide them Audio-visual mini tasks videos.
Resources-1-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_0GQ58Qnns
2-
