I live in Bogotá in a neighbourhood called San Rafael in Puente Aranda with my husband in a little apartment, it has a bedroom and a bathroom, the dining room and living room area is in the same room, there´s also a kitchen and a little inner courtyard in the back.

 

My day usually starts around 6:00 am, I get up and have my daily care routine, then I make breakfast for me and my husband, we usually have scrambled eggs, some bread and chicken stock at 7:30 am before he goes to work, after that I start the house shores which includes making lunch, I take a break around 1:30 to 2:00 pm so I can have lunch and then I keep with the shores. Usually I have white rice, steak or grilled chicken breast with salad and juice or iced tea for lunch. I don´t left the house very often due to my occupations and when I finish my house shores, I use the time I have left to complete my homework before dinner with my husband around 7:00 pm, we usually eat the leftovers from lunch, sandwiches or we order something delicious. We go to bed around 10:00 or 11:00 pm, when I haven’t finished my homework I keep studying until 2:00 am. The weekends are pretty much the same for me but sometimes we go to museums and some sightseeing here in Bogota. I study English in my free time, when I listen to music in English or watch movies and tv shows in the original language with subtitles, and that’s basically my daily routine.
