         <description><![CDATA[<div>On the day of the explosion there was a blockage in the chemical plant's processing Nitration tower for the production of Benzene. A worker worked to clear this blockage, but was unable to. Due to this inability and the blockage, the explosion occurred. A fire also occurred at the plants due to the explosion.</div>]]></description>
